"GOD SAVE IRELAND!” I WAS walking through some of the back streets of Dublin to-day, and in several windows of small shops I noticed small bands of black crape tied with a bow of green ribbon; at first I wondered what they could be for, but soon I saw a placard on a wall announcing that on next Sunday a funeral procession would be formed of those misguided men who sympathise with the deeds of those who so lately suffered for their crimes in Manchester.
