His son, Richard, was born in Colchester in 1508 and married Anne Bourchier. He later settled in Amsterdam in 1537 where he died in 1540. Some descendants used the surname "Sears". Also includes a descendant, Richard Sayer, son of John Bourchier Sayer and Marie L. Egmond, who married Dorothy Thacher at Plymouth in 1632. He died in Plymouth Colony in Massachusetts in 1676. |
