We, the Commissioners of His Majesty's Treasury, in exercise of all powers given to us by the Post Office Acts or any of them, and of all other powers enabling us in this behalf, do, by this Warrant, made on the representation of His Majesty's Postmaster-General (testified by his signing the same) and under the hands of two of us, the said Commissioners, order, direct, and declare as follows: 1. This Warrant may be cited as "The Foreign and Colonial Parcel Post Amendment (No. 20) Warrant, 1908." * 2. This Warrant shall be read as one with the Foreign and Colonial Parcel Post Warrant, 1906, and all Warrants amending the same. 3. In lieu of the rates of postage now payable on out-going parcels addressed to Egypt, there shall be charged and paid on such parcels the rates of postage specified in the Schedule hereto. 4. Except by permission of the Postmaster-General, there shall not be forwarded, conveyed or delivered by post under this Warrant any parcel the weight or dimensions of which shall exceed the weight and dimensions specified in the Schedule hereto. 5.
