Dr. Melnyk completed his Bachelor of Arts degree (1979) in Political Science at York University, and worked with Canadian private sector companies. He completed his Masters degree in Canon Law, followed by JCD/Ph. programs at the Faculty of Canon Law, Saint Paul University and the University of Ottawa. He resides and works in Toronto, Canada.
