Anson, George, Lord: Voyage round the World, in 1740, 1, 2, 3, 4. 'London, 1748. 8vo.

These are compiled under the name of Richard Walter, chaplain to Anson, who really did attempt the history; but was found to have done it so ill, that Benjamin Robins, the mathematician, was employed, and executed the present book; doing it, certainly, in a very interesting manner. Walter's name was suffered to stand, probably out of personal considerations.
