twenty eighth day of August, in the year of our Lord 'one thousand eight hundred and thirty seven, BETWEEN THOMAS MASTERMAN WINTERBOTTOM, of Westoe, in the County of Durham, Doctor of Medicine, of the first part, and ROBERT INGHAM, of Westoe aforesaid, Esquire, Barrister at Law, RICHARD SHORTRIDGE, of South Shields, in the said County of Durham, Glass Manufacturer, JOSEPH HARGRAVE, of the same place, Bank Agent, ROBERT ANDERSON, of Westoe aforesaid, Gentleman, and TERROT GLOVER, of South Shields aforesaid, Cordwainer, of the second or other part.
